What is Digitoo

Digitoo is an online application for digitizing accounting. The Digitoo solution includes an online application and integration with accounting systems and a web browser plug-in. It allows you to receive invoices digitally in the formats you know - PDF, PNG, JPEG, TIFF, or PDF with ISDOC. With us, you don't waste hours laboriously transcribing invoices into Excel or an accounting system, scanning documents, or printing. Digitoo automates these tasks and saves valuable time for you and your team.

Scan and upload invoices

Users can upload scanned or digital documents in PDF, PNG, JPEG, TIF, and TIFF format, as well as PDF with ISDOC, to the Digitoo system, either by direct upload or by dragging documents from a folder into the application via e-mail or API. Each queue in Digitoo (the queue represents a document type) has an automatically generated e-mail to which you can send documents.

OCR technology

We have developed our own invoice reading system using artificial intelligence (AI), without the need for templates and complex configurations. We do not rely on third parties for invoice reading; we personally ensure the quality and can continuously improve the reading model. Thanks to advanced machine learning and text recognition technologies that we employ, we enable automated processing of invoices and extraction of relevant information without the need to manually define templates or perform complex setup.

Universal AI for various documents

We have developed a local learning feature, which allows you to retrain our system with any specific data on an invoice (such as license plate numbers, VIN, and others). Through the API, you can also configure the reading of any document and set a list of data points you want to extract. Information that we don't offer as standard can be created and manually trained. 

Smart AI for Automatic Assignment of Centers and Orders

With Digitoo by your side, you have advanced artificial intelligence that not only remembers your managers' preferences during approval, such as centers, orders, and more but also recognizes suppliers and the type of purchase.
