Payment and account management

Once you decide to include Digitoo.ai in your invoicing process, we'll prepare an order for you to sign and move you to a paid plan based on it, and we'll issue you an invoice to pay for your chosen subscription.

The order is usually signed for a year, and it is possible to choose annual or monthly invoicing.

Regarding monthly invoicing, we regularly send you an invoice to the billing email you provided when signing the order. If you change this address, please let us know in time.

The order contains:

  • Information about the Customer.
  • The effective date.
  • The contract's validity period.
  • Agreed services.
  • Pricing.
  • Invoicing email.
  • Payment plan (yearly, monthly).

Each organization has its own subscription and billing. There can be several companies under one organization, but the order and invoice for the subscription are tied to one company of your choice.

An organization can only be managed by its owner. However, there can be more organization owners, depending on your preferences for distributing user roles.
