User settings

As a user, you can customize the app to your preferences. You can find this setting after logging into the application in the upper right corner under the icon with your initials - My Settings:

You can be the first to set your name, which can serve as a better orientation for your colleagues when they need to add you to the approval scenario. When they search for you, you will appear under this name, not the email you login with.

Language Settings

You can also set the application's language as English or Czech. More information on this setting can be found here.

Email notifications

Suppose you have purchased the simple multi-level approval function. In that case, you can also set up email notifications for documents awaiting your approval - you can find more information about this setting here.

Password change

See the Password Reset article if you have forgotten your login password or need to change it.

Change of email

The email used to log in cannot be changed. A user with a role higher than admin must send to this new email that you want to utilize the new invitation and then optionally remove this old user.
